Elementary, My Dear Watson

Unless you are one of the lucky ones and are in the top 2% income bracket than the choice is clear and has been clear since at least President Franklin D.  Roosevelt.  That choice is that want the Democrats in charge of the government.  Here is a couple easy graphs that show the facts over the past 70 years:

Watch Rachel Maddow’s entire segment to better understand the above graph.  But it clearly shows that if us average joes want truly want to be treated equally by our government than we need not only leave the Democrats in charge of our government increase their majority.

  • Employment gains per year from 1953-2001 were 1.684 million/year under Democratic presidents and 1.279 million/year under Republican presidents.
  • Real Disposable Personal Income Growth per year from 1953-2001 was 3.65% under Democratic presidents and 3.08% under Republican presidents.
